What we collect, and why
Server logs (hosting)
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data — including IP address, browser type, and time of request — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating the site securely. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its own data-processing terms.
If you email us
If you contact us at hello@germansaas.com, we will see and store your message in the email system used to host that mailbox. We use it only to reply and to maintain a record of correspondence. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or your consent if the message itself contains personal data you have chosen to share.
